To receive 5 Roam Like Home days on us, your account must be linked. If your Rogers account is not automatically linked within 5 business days of when your Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite account is opened, you can manually link your account via the Rogers Bank app. Learn how to manually link your account.

Yes, you will be eligible for 2% cash back if you are actively subscribed to only one eligible service within your rental/condo fees.
An eligible service means a post-paid consumer plan for any Rogers, Shaw, or Fido-branded mobile, internet, TV, home phone, home monitoring, or satellite services of which you are the primary account holder or level 1 authorized user. Business plans and Home services with any other brands do not qualify.
If you don’t have a Rogers account you will receive 2% unlimited cash back on U.S. dollar purchases and 1% unlimited cash back on all other eligible purchases.2

Tap Earned Rewards History to view your earned cash back rewards. Your earn rate will be displayed in the blue banner at the top of the page.

The Rogers Redemption Bonus is exclusively available to Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard cardholders and gives you 1.5 times more cash back every time you redeem for Rogers, Fido or Shaw purchases (like your monthly Rogers bill or phone and accessory purchases).*
For example, if you’ve accumulated $100 in cash back rewards, you can apply $150 towards a Rogers purchase or your monthly Rogers bill. However, if instead you apply that $100 in cash back rewards towards a non-Rogers purchase, you will only see a credit of $100 against that transaction.

Roam Like Home Benefits
Roam Like Home allows you to use your phone like you do at home when roaming in over 185 international destinations. You can also enjoy unlimited calling, texting and data across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico with Rogers 5G Infinite Premium plans.
For $12 per day in the U.S. and $15 per day in over 185 eligible international destinations, you get full access to the data, talk and text included in your monthly plan.
Call and text Canadian numbers just as you would at home on your monthly plan, as well as numbers in the eligible destination you’re visiting.
The daily fee covers each calendar day of usage until 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), regardless of which time zone you are roaming in.
Your 5 Roam Like Home™ days will reset every year on the account anniversary date (as long as the account is in good standing). Your anniversary date is the day your account was opened.
Note: if you switched from another Rogers Bank card to the Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard, then your Roam Like Home days will reset on the date that your original credit card account was opened.
Sign in to the Rogers Bank app and tap Rewards > Roam Like Home to view your Roam Like Home activity.
You can view your Roam Like Home credits on your monthly Rogers bill or through the Rogers Bank app.

No, your Roam Like Home days will reset every year. Unused Roam Like Home days cannot be carried over.
No, any phone number on the Rogers account that you linked to your Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard account can use the Roam Like Home benefits on a first come, first served basis.

Yes, you will receive a new card which will have a new credit card number. You will need to update any pre-authorized payments you have on your current card with your new credit card details. If your current card was added to a mobile wallet, you will need to remove it and add the new card once you receive it.
You will need to update any regular recurring payments set up on your existing credit card (such as your Rogers mobile or Rogers, Shaw, or Fido home services).
Contact any affected merchants as soon as you receive your new credit card and provide them with your new credit card number and expiry date.
No, you cannot have a Rogers Mastercard and a Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard at the same time.
Your cash back will be transferred to your new card.
Linking
Most eligible cardholders are linked automatically shortly after approval, although this may take up to five business days. If additional information is required, our customer service team will reach out.
You can confirm whether your account is linked by downloading the Rogers Bank app and tap the Rewards circle on the home page or Rewards in the navigation menu. If "Roam Like Home Benefits" is displayed, your card is linked. If this is not visible, link your card manually.
Your Rogers account and Rogers Bank account must be in good standing.
Eligible Rogers Accounts
An eligible Rogers mobile account is any Rogers post- paid consumer account where you are either the primary account holder or have permission to make changes (i.e. Level 1 Authorized User). Only one (1) Rogers account can be linked to one (1) Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard account.
Rogers accounts that have a 12-digit account number will not be linked until other eligible services are added to your Rogers account and the account number is updated. You can sign in to your MyRogers account to add an eligible mobile service or contact Rogers here.

If you are experiencing an issue when manually linking your account via the Rogers Bank app, consider the following:
You can only link one Rogers account to one Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard account
Your Rogers bank credit card must be activated. Click here to learn how to activate your card
You should ensure your Rogers account is in good standing before attempting to link it to your Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite account.
Your Rogers Bank account and Rogers account should have similar contact information to complete the linking steps. If your contact information is not on the Rogers account, you may need to contact the primary account holder and request that they add you to the account as a level 1 authorized user. The primary account holder of the Rogers account can contact Rogers here and select either Chat with Us or Call Us. Once your information is updated, you can try to link accounts again in the Rogers Bank app.
If your Rogers account has a 12-digit account number, you may need to add eligible Rogers mobile services to your Rogers account. Sign in to your MyRogers account to add an eligible mobile service, or contact Rogers here.
If you continue to have issues linking your account, contact Rogers Bank at 1 855 775-2265 for help.
If your phone number is not displayed, you should contact the primary account holder of the Rogers account to add your name as a level 1 authorized user.
The primary account holder can select either Chat with us or Call us and speak with a customer care representative to add you as a level 1 authorized user.

Unlink
You can unlink your Rogers account from your Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard account in the Rogers Bank app. By unlinking your account, you will no longer receive 5 Roam Like Home days at no cost every year.

If you want to change which Rogers account you are linked to, you must first unlink through the Rogers Bank app, and then wait 35 days to link to a new Rogers account.

When you are ready to link your Rogers Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard account with your Rogers account, sign in to the Rogers Bank app to view the date when you can re-link your account.
Roam Like Home is provided by Rogers Communications Canada Inc. ("Rogers") and available to most Rogers customers with an eligible postpaid wireless plan (most enterprise plans, monthly plans that include roaming services as well as prepaid accounts are excluded). You will automatically be credited up to 5 Roam Like Home days per year on your Rogers bill once you link your Rogers Mastercard account to your Rogers postpaid account and eligible wireless plan. Rogers customers: You will earn 2% cash back rewards on all eligible purchases if you are a Rogers, Shaw or Fido customer with an eligible service and your accounts are in good standing. Eligible services include postpaid Rogers or Fido-branded consumer mobile plans (including wireless home phone and tablet data plans) or any Rogers, Shaw or Fido-branded internet, TV, home phone, home monitoring or satellite plan. Business/corporate plans are excluded. You must be the primary account holder for the eligible service. Eligibility for postpaid Rogers consumer mobile plans includes user who has permission to make changes on the account (i.e. a Level 1 Authorized User).
Non-Rogers customers: You will earn 1% cash back rewards on all eligible purchases and 2% cash back rewards on eligible purchases made in US dollars.
Cash back rewards are earned on eligible purchases or deducted for returns on a per-transaction basis based on the posting date of the transaction. Cash advances, balance transfers, cash-like transactions, interest, fees, insurance premiums and payments are not eligible purchases and do not qualify. Minimum redemption amount is $10 CAD. Cash back rewards can be redeemed online through the Rogers Bank app towards purchases or requested in the form of a statement credit annually. Account must be open and in good standing to earn and redeem cash back rewards. Foreign currency transactions are converted to Canadian dollars at the rate established by Mastercard International in effect on or after the date of the transaction and no later than the date the transaction is posted to the account plus an amount equal to 2.5% of the transaction amount after it has been converted to Canadian dollars.
