How to register and activate your card

First time user? Here’s how to register:


Rogers Bank Mobile App

  1. Download the Rogers Bank app for iOS or Android here:

  2. Tap Let’s get started

  3. Read the terms and conditions, then tap I agree

  4. Tap Register now

  5. Follow the instructions


Already registered? Here’s how to activate your new card:

The primary cardholder can activate a card online, in the Rogers Bank app, or by calling the number printed on the sticker attached to your new card. At this time, supplementary cards can ONLY be activated through our call centre.

  1. Sign in to the Rogers Bank app

  2. You should receive a pop up telling you to activate your new card now. If you receive this pop up, tap Activate now. If you don’t receive the pop up, continue to step 3 below.

  3. Tap Manage card

  4. Click Activate card

  5. Follow the instructions
