Register your account/activate your card

When you activate your card, you will automatically set up access to both online banking and the mobile app. Activate your card today to unlock your card’s benefits and start earning cash back rewards on every eligible purchase.

How to activate your account and card

The primary cardholder can activate a new or replacement card online, in the app, or by calling the number printed on the sticker attached to your new card. At this time, supplementary cards can ONLY be activated through our call centre.

Rogers Bank Mobile App

  1. Download the Rogers Bank app for iOS or Android here:

  2. Swipe to learn more about what the Rogers Bank app’s features, or tap Get Started.
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions, then scroll to the bottom of your screen to enable and tap the I Agree button. [You must agree to the terms and conditions before continuing.]
  4. Tap Register at the bottom of the sign-in screen.
  5. Enter your Rogers Bank Mastercard® information, tap Continue.
  6. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your Rogers Bank account. Tap Send Code to begin this process.
  7. Input the verification code from your email and tap I Agree.
  8. Tap Sign In on the confirmation page, then sign in using your username and password.
  9. A pop up message will prompt you to activate your card or Tap More at the bottom of your screen.
  10. Tap Manage Your Card.
  11. Tap Activate a Card.
  12. Enter a new PIN number, then tap Continue.

You’re all set to use your card when you have successfully created a PIN.

By registering via the Rogers Bank app, you will automatically enroll in paperless billing and will receive an email reminder each month when your statement is available.

Online

  1. Click here, to be redirected to the sign-in page.
  2. Below the ‘Sign In’ button, click Register.
  3. Enter your current Rogers Bank Mastercard® account information.
  4. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to the email address you provided.
  5. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, sign in with your username and password.
  6. On the My Account page, go to I want to… and select Activate card to create a PIN and activate your card.

You’re all set to use your card when you have successfully created a PIN.
