How to Unlock Your Rogers Benefits
Most eligible cardholders are linked automatically within 5 business days of approval, but there may be some slight delays. If you have a Rogers account and additional information is required, our customer service team will reach out.
Linking your Rogers Mastercard to your Rogers account is the only way to receive 5 Roam Like Home days at no cost every year.1
Remember: Only one Rogers Mastercard can be linked to one eligible Rogers consumer mobile account. You must be the primary account holder or a Level 1 Authorized user for the eligible service.
- Download the Rogers Bank app for iOS or Android here:
- Tap Rewards on the navigation menu. (Note: if your account is not linked after you’ve signed in you may receive a pop-up notification to link your account. Follow the prompts within the notification to link your Rogers mobile account.)
- If your account is linked you will see Roam Like Home Benefits. No further action is required, you are ready to receive 5 Roam Like Home days every year on us.
- If it is not linked tap Link your account.
- Tap Ok on the confirmation prompt.
- Sign in to your MyRogers account.
- Review your account details and tap Next to complete your request.
- Tap Continue to finish linking your accounts.
If you don’t have access to the Rogers Bank app or are having trouble using the Rogers Bank app to manually link your account, call Rogers Bank customer service at 1 855 775-2265 for assistance.

- Roam Like Home is provided by Rogers Communications Canada Inc. ("Rogers") and available to most Rogers customers with an eligible postpaid wireless plan (most enterprise plans, monthly plans that include roaming services as well as prepaid accounts are excluded). You will automatically be credited up to 5 Roam Like Home days per year on your Rogers bill once you link your Rogers Mastercard account to your Rogers postpaid account and eligible wireless plan.
