Rogers Bank app:
Tap Account, then tap the Transactions tab to view the previous 30 days of transactions. In this view, you can toggle filters to view up to 12 months of transactions. Filtering by cardholder name is only available via the Rogers Bank website.

To view up to the previous 24 months of transactions, tap Account, then Statements.

Online Banking:
Sign in and scroll down to Current Transactions to view the last 30 days of transactions, or click Transaction History to filter transactions from the previous 12 months. You can also filter transactions by cardholder name for primary and supplementary cards.

To view up to the previous 24 months of transactions, go to I want to… and select View Statements.

You can view your earned cash back rewards in one of two ways:

Rogers Bank App

  1. Sign in to the Rogers Bank app.

  2. Tap Rewards
  3. Tap Earned Rewards History

Online Banking

  1. Sign in
  2. Click Cash Back Rewards
  3. Click Rewards Summary
  4. Select monthly or year-to-date in the drop-down menu to view your rewards for that period.
  5. You can filter by card number for primary and supplementary cards.
  6. Click Accumulation Details to view your rewards.

Note that earned rewards are only displayed after a purchase is posted, and will not yet appear when a purchase is pending.

The balance shown reflects the combined rewards for all cards on your account.

Rogers Bank app:
In the Rogers Bank app, you can view your cash back reward balance in two places:

  1. In the Rewards Circle at the top of the Home page, immediately after signing in.
  2. At the top of the Rewards page, accessed by tapping Rewards at the bottom of your screen.

Online Banking:
Sign in and click Cash Back Rewards. You can view your cash back rewards within Dollar Balance. To filter by card number select Rewards Summary.

The primary cardholder (the person who applied for the card) can manually redeem cash back rewards on eligible transactions using the Rogers Bank app.

You can redeem purchases made in the last 90 days. Redemptions do not count towards minimum payment amounts. When making a purchase, you must have a rewards balance of at least $10 for that purchase to be eligible for redemption. Any purchases made when your rewards balance is less than $10 are not eligible for redemption, even after your balance reaches the $10 minimum. Once you’ve earned a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, you can begin redeeming towards all your everyday purchases over $10.

Rogers Bank app:

  1. Sign in with your existing online banking credentials or register your Rogers Bank Mastercard® to the Rogers Bank app on your smartphone.
  2. Tap Rewards on the navigation menu, or tap the Rewards Circle on the home screen.
  3. Using the drop-down menu, select the card for which you’d like to redeem rewards. Eligible purchases made by the card user will be displayed.
  4. Tap the purchase to which you’d like to apply your cash back rewards.
  5. Confirm the redemption by tapping Redeem.

Rogers Bank app:

  1. Sign in with your existing online banking credentials or register your Rogers Bank Mastercard® to the Rogers Bank app on your smartphone.
  2. Tap Rewards on the navigation menu, or tap the Rewards Circle on the home screen.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Using the drop-down menu, select the card for which you wish to change the settings.
  5. Below the Select Redemption Type section, tap the radio button next to Automated.

Note: Only the next transaction made will be redeemed.

Online Banking:

  1. Sign in and click Cash Back Rewards, then Redeem Rewards. If you do not have supplementary cards, please proceed to step 3.
  2. If you have supplementary cards, select Manage Settings for Account and your card number.
  3. Enable the Next Only option.

If you leave your purchase minimum set at $10 you will redeem on qualifying transactions as long as those transactions are over $10 and you have more than $10 in cash back rewards to redeem. You will redeem either the full amount of the transaction or all the cash back rewards you have, whichever is the lower amount. This will show as a credit on your Rogers Bank Mastercard® statement.

If you want to redeem your cash back rewards via the online banking portal for the next transaction only, select the Next Only button.

When you select this option, any qualifying transactions, greater than $10, will trigger a redemption1. That includes:

  • Any Rogers™ products and services.
  • Gas, groceries, restaurants and other everyday purchases.
  • Flights, gifts, home improvements or other big ticket purchases – and more!

Click the Apply button to complete the transaction.

To maximize your earn on cash back rewards, set up your Rogers Bank Mastercard® to pre-authorize your payments on your monthly bill. You can use your credit card to pay for any bills that accept credit card payments, including your phone, cable or Internet bill! See below to learn how to set up your preauthorized payment on your Rogers `Fido or chatr  bill:

Rogers:

  1. Sign in to your 'MyRogers' account here using your 'MyRogers' username and password. 
  2. Under 'Billing and Payments', go to 'Change Payment Method' and select 'Pre-authorized Credit Card'.
  3. Enter your Rogers Bank Mastercard card details. It will take up to 2 business days to update your method of payment.

Fido:

  1. (in to your Fido My Account here using your 'My Account' username and password.
  2. Under "Billing and Payments", go to "Change Payment Method" and select 'Pre-authorized Credit Card'.
  3. Enter your Rogers Bank Mastercard details. It will take up to 2 business days to update your method of payment.

chatr:

Sign in to My chatr account here to set up 'Auto-Pay'. 

You do not earn cash back rewards on cash advances, balance transfers, fees, interest, returns or payments.

There is no limit to how much you can earn.

To view how much you earned on a transaction 'Sign In' to your online bank account. After signing in, on the ‘My Account’ page, click the next arrow icon within the ‘View and redeem cash back rewards’ box.

Redeem your cash back rewards on any purchase you make on your Rogers Bank Mastercard®, anywhere Mastercard is accepted1:

  • Any Rogers products and services.
  • Gas, groceries, restaurants and other everyday purchases.
  • Flights, gifts, home improvements or other big ticket purchases – and more!

Once you’ve earned a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, you can start redeeming towards any eligible purchase – whenever, and wherever you want.

Redemptions do not count towards minimum payment amounts.

No, there is no maximum amount. You can redeem either the full amount of a transaction or all the cash back rewards you have in your account or whichever is less.

You can redeem your cash back rewards for single game tickets or for Season Tickets and Flex Packs for any home game.

For single game tickets:

  • Purchase your Toronto Blue Jays™ tickets at Rogers Centre™ box office, online at bluejays.com, or over the phone at 416-341-1234 (Ticketmaster).
  • You cannot use the Rogers Bank app or website to redeem cash back rewards for this purchase.
  • Instead, once your purchase has posted on your credit card account (usually 1-2 days), call Rogers Bank at 1 855 775-2265 and request a manual redemption of your cash back rewards towards this purchase.

For Flex Packs, Season Tickets and Group Tickets:

Mobile App (Recommended)

  • Purchase your ticket packs directly from the Toronto Blue Jays™ by calling 1 888 654-6529. Then, once the purchase has posted (1-2 days), sign in to your Rogers Bank app and tap Rewards. Scroll down to find the eligible Toronto Blue Jays transaction and then tap on it to redeem your rewards.

Online

  • Sign in to your Rogers Bank account and click the Cash Back Rewards box.

Click ‘Redeem Rewards’ in the left menu, enable “Next Only”. This option will redeem your next transaction. Next, make your ticket purchase by calling 1 888 654-6529.

No, they do not expire as long as your account is active and is in good standing.

You will see your earned rewards as soon as the next business day; however, for online purchases you may see a delay until the item is shipped and the transaction is posted on your account.

If you return a purchase that was associated with a cash back rewards redemption, the redemption will not be reversed. However, you will see a reversal for the cash back rewards that were earned on that purchase.

For example:

You made a purchase at a Rogers store with your Rogers Bank Mastercard® for $100 and you redeemed $20 in cash back rewards towards your purchase.  If you return your purchase of $100 the $20 in cash back rewards that was redeemed will remain on your Mastercard® account as a credit. 

Your earned cash back reward will be adjusted.

Rogers Bank App

In the Rogers Bank app, you can view your cash back reward balance in two places:

  1. In the Rewards Circle at the top of the Home page, immediately after signing in.
  2. At the top of the Rewards page, accessed by tapping Rewards at the bottom of your screen.

Online

  1. Sign in to your Rogers Bank account and click the Cash Back Rewards box.

Yes, all cards on the account earn cash back rewards that will 'roll-up' to the primary account holder. The primary cardholder can choose to have cash back rewards credited to his or her own Mastercard® or to any authorized user.

The primary cardholder can choose to have cash back rewards credited to their own Mastercard® account or on any authorized user’s card by selecting the card in the drop-down menu on the Rewards tab.

You can locate your welcome bonus within your online bank account:

  1. 'Sign in', here. Enter your Username and Password and click ‘SIGN IN’.
  2. After signing in, on the ‘My Account’ page, click the next arrow icon within the ‘View and redeem cash back rewards’ box.
  3. Select ‘Rewards Summary’ on the left of the page.
  4. Click the + sign within the ‘Bonus/Adjustment History’ field. Details of your welcome bonus will be located here.

Your welcome bonus will be displayed when you make your first card purchase within 3 months of receiving your card.2

Your cash back will be transferred to your new card.
