Computer Settings

If you would like to enable cookies for your browser review the suggested steps below. For additional instructions visit the 'Help' menu within your selected browser. 

For your protection and security, if you enable cookies on your browser you may still need to verify that your computer is trusted. 
 
Internet Explorer 7.0 or later for Windows

  1. Select "Tools" from browser menu bar and then "Internet Options".
  2. Select the "General" tab.
  3. Do not enable the “Delete browsing history on exit” box.
  4. Select the “Apply” button
  5. Select the "OK" button.

Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later for Windows

  1. Choose "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select the "Privacy" icon in the "Options" menu.
  3. Within the “History” section do not select “Never remember history” option of the “Firefox will:” drop down.
  4. Within the “History” section, if “Use custom settings for history” is selected, ensure that the option “Close Firefox” is not selected as an option of the “Keep until:” drop down.
  5. Ensure that the checkbox for “Clear history when Firefox closes” is not selected
  6. Select "OK" to close the "Options" window.

Apple Safari 3.0 or Later for MacOS

  1. Choose "Preferences" from the "Safari" menu.
  2. Select the "Privacy" icon from the menu.
  3. Do not select "Always block" within the “Cookies and website data:” options.
  4. Close the Preferences window.

Google Chrome or later for Windows

  1. Choose "Settings" within the drop down options, in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
  2. Select the “Show advanced settings”.
  3. Within the “Privacy” section, select the “Content Settings” button.
    Ensure that the “Keep local data only until you quit your browser” is not selected.
