  • Online: Sign in to your online account to view your transactions, current balance, credit limit, payment due date or statements. For additional inquiries, you can also send a secure message by clicking ‘Send Message’ from the ‘Services’ tab in the menu bar on the left.
  • By phone: 1 855 775-2265, or collect at 1 705 522-7412 if you are outside Canada and the U.S.

General Inquiries

  • Ruby is our new automated assistant (or chatbot) who can answer general questions about Rogers Bank products and services – questions like “How do I submit a travel notification?”, “How do I set up account alerts?” or “When will I receive my new credit card?”. Click on the question mark at the bottom right of any page to ask Ruby a question. At this time, Ruby is not able to review your individual (secure) account information.
