Service Alerts: Rogers Bank service enhancements are ready!

June 2023

Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work to improve our services and provide you with an even better experience. We are excited to notify you that the enhancements to our account alerts launched on Tuesday, June 7th, 2023.

  • Auto-enrollment of account alerts: You will automatically receive email alerts to help you stay on top of your account activity, such as when your PIN or address has changed. You will also receive an email if you’ve missed a payment on your due date to help you avoid any unnecessary fees. Visit us HERE to review all the email account alerts that you will be receiving to stay on top of your account. Note that text alerts are not available.

  • New account alert: The new recurring payment alert notifies you when a pre-authorized payment, such as your Rogers or online subscription service bill was made on your account.
NOTE: If you are receiving the ‘Purchase amount’ alert you will be automatically enrolled to receive this new alert.

We appreciate your patience as we have worked to improve your account alerts. Continue to monitor your account through rogersbank.com, the Rogers Bank app, and your monthly statement.

Rogers Bank Alerts allow you to request and receive messages about your credit card account(s). You may receive alerts via email or text message. You understand that the text and email messages are not encrypted and may contain information about you and your credit card transactions. You are solely responsible for your mobile phone, including where you leave it, and for accessibility to your emails. Alerts are provided to you as a supplement, and not as a replacement for your monthly statement. Receipt of alerts may be delayed or prevented, and Rogers Bank will not be liable to you for damages (including special, indirect, or consequential damages) that may result if, for any reason, you are unable to receive an alert, or if the content of that alert is inaccurate. You must continue to review your monthly statement and to contact Rogers Bank if you think there is an error. Standard text message rates will apply to all text messages sent to your mobile phone. Depending on the text message service plan you have selected with your carrier, you may incur additional charges on your mobile bill. We may change Rogers Bank alerts and alert terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Alert changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in content, frequency, or timing.
