Changes to your account alerts

April 2022

As we continue to improve our banking services to better protect you, we are making enhancements to your account alerts beginning in May 2022.

We're offering new notifications to help you easily keep track of your finances, monitor your account activity, and avoid any potential security issues or interruptions on your account.

To review the latest changes with your account alerts, please visit us here.

Please ensure that your mobile phone number and email address that you used to set up your account alerts is also on your profile. You can review this information two different ways.

Account Alert

Rogers Bank App

  1. Sign into the Rogers Bank App. Please use the same username and password as your online bank account.

  2. Tap Manage Alerts from the More menu and review your contact information

  3. Then go to More > Edit Profile > Contact Information, to ensure that your contact information is the same.


Online Banking

  1. Sign in

  2. Click Manage Alerts from the “I want to …” drop-down menu and review your contact information.

  3. Click the three stacks (

    ) on the top left of the page and select 'View Profile' to ensure your contact information is the same.

Keep your information up to date

To continue receiving notifications from us and reduce the risk of service interruptions, please ensure that your contact information is updated on your profile.
