How we protect you:
Coming Soon! Fraud Alerts: Rogers Bank™ will instantly send you a text alert to the mobile number associated with your account, any time we suspect fraudulent activity.
Respond Yes if you made the purchase and no further action is required.
Respond No if you did not make the purchase, and we will block your card number and have one of our fraud specialists contact you.
If you do not respond to the text alerts, or in the event you are unable to receive text alerts, you will receive an email to call Rogers Bank for further instruction.
How to protect yourself:
Beware of phishing: Rogers Bank will never ask you for personal or login information through an email. We will always send you directly to our website at rogersbank.com.
If you receive a communication from Rogers Bank, the ‘from’ field and email domain should be recognizably from Rogers Bank (e.g. @rogersbank.com), and website links must always contain: ‘https://www.rogersbank.com/’. If you receive a link that does not match this address or includes additional symbols or numbers (e.g. www.rogersbank1.com), please DO NOT click the link, open any attachments, or reply to the email.
