As of November 13, 2025, the following alerts will be discontinued
Mail/telephone purchases
Internet purchases
Cash advances
Purchases made outside select provinces, territories & U.S. states
Purchase not approved when the card is locked
Balance exceeds a specific amount
Daily balance
Balance Transfer Request
You will continue to receive any alerts you have enrolled into, as we work to deactivate the alerts. But you will not be able to unenroll. You will stop receiving these alerts on November 13, 2025. All other alerts will be unaffected.
