To delete the digital profile associated with your Rogers Bank account, you will need to sign in to the Rogers Bank app and follow these steps:

If you prefer to manually delete your digital profile through the app, follow these steps:

  1. Sign In: Access your online account through the Rogers Bank App.
  2. Prepare Account: Turn on paper statements before initiating the digital profile deletion process.
  3. Profile Settings: Tap 'More', then select 'Edit Profile'.
  4. Delete Profile: Choose 'Delete Digital Profile' and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.

Keep in mind:

  • Deleting your digital profile will not cancel your Rogers Bank credit card account.
  • You will no longer receive e-statement notifications via email.
  • You will no longer have the ability to set and modify account alerts, redeem rewards, access and view account activity, lock/unlock your cards, and communicate with the Rogers Bank team via secure messaging.

Important: This request is irreversible. Once submitted, it cannot be cancelled. A confirmation email will be sent within 30 days to verify that your request has been completed.
